My Training Philosophy

As someone who is still on their own health and fitness journey, I understand firsthand how difficult and frustrating the process can be. There is so much information available online, yet most people feel lost or aren’t sure how to apply it, to see or experience favorable results. I have been there, and I have tried many approaches to training and nutrition on my own personal fitness journey.

My philosophy is that there is no “cookie-cutter”, one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness, contrary to what many fitness professionals may believe or claim. Every person is an individual and has unique dietary and activity needs for their own physiology. Something that works wonders for one person may not work at all for someone else. That is why I will do my best to understand your position and what you hope to achieve on your journey. I will create a program that is completely customized based on your goals, abilities, and preferences, in order to create the best chance for your success and enjoyment!

3- or 6-Month Training program

I will design a workout program completely customized and tailored to your personal fitness goals! This option is a budget-friendly solution to your online personal training needs and is great for those who prefer to complete their workouts independently and without check-ins with a coach. Your PDF program will include everything you need to know about exercise, nutrition, and recovery to get you started strong and teach you how to maintain your results!

3-Month Program: $47

6-Month Program: $97

monthly online personal training

I will create and send you customized workout programming, tailored to your personal fitness goals! I use the Everfit app to deliver workouts (with video demos), assign tasks, and keep track of my clients’ stats (i.e. progress photos, body measurements, food journal, etc.). At the end of each week, after you have completed your workouts, I will check in with you to assess your progress and collect feedback to make any necessary adjustments to your programming. I will also offer guidance regarding nutrition and recovery. I will reassess your fitness level every month to ensure your programming is just right!
